MY STORY

Grounded Galaxy grew out of years of navigating personal transformation – through grief, health challenges, emotional complexity, and the slow process of understanding myself more fully as an adult.

As someone who moved through childhood and early adulthood without the language for neurodivergence, chronic pain, reproductive health issues, or the emotional terrain of complex relationships. I often felt misunderstood or “out of sync.” These layers, combined with major life transitions – including late diagnoses, losing a parent, and the reality of infertility – shaped much of my internal landscape. Like many women, I moved through these experiences quietly, without a clear framework or community.

Art became my refuge. Nature became my teacher. When words failed or the world felt overwhelming, I turned to creative work, stones, color, pattern, and the steady intelligence of the earth. These were the places I could breathe, reflect, and find myself again.

Grounded Galaxy is the integration of that lived experience. It is space shaped by emotional healing, grief literacy, sensory grounding, curiosity, compassion, and a deep belief in transformation.

Everything I create – from the Totem Earrings to the workshops – is made with the understanding that healing is not linear and that people need gentle, dignified space where they can reconnect with themselves.

This work does not replace therapy or medical care – but it can be a supportive companion to it. Grounded Galaxy exists to honor the full spectrum of human experience and the quiet courage it takes to rebuild yourself, again and again.

SAFETY, ADVOCACY & ETHICS STATEMENT

Grounded Galaxy supports mental health awareness and encourages seeking professional care when needed. My offerings – including Totem Earrings, workshops, and sessions – are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or counseling.

They are symbolic, creative, and supportive practices intended to complement, not replace, professional resources. I believe deeply in compassionate mental health advocacy, access to care, and the importance of being supported by trained professionals when navigating trauma, chronic stress, or emotional overwhelm.
